Notification of Interest
The Company was informed by Wheddon Limited on 3 January 2008 that, following a disposal of 2,612,500 ordinary shares representing approximately 27.6 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of India Outsourcing Services Plc, Wheddon Limited no longer has an interest in the Company.
